Every monday!

In hopes to have some sort of a regimented training routine Me and my friend Ben (Bend Ben) have made Monday a set day for training. We are mostly on the U of O campus and around downtown. Its a fun gathering, not hardcore conditioning, but trust me I go home sore. We work all parts of our bodies and it really becomes a game and a good time hanging out with friends. So come run with us.
